Burrito with Chile Relleno
Notes
Ingredients
- 12" flour tortilla
- Monarca Chile relleno with cheese
- 3 oz mexican rice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 oz sauce
Instructions

Heat chile relleno for 1-2 minutes in the microwave.

Heat the flour tortilla.

Once hot, add avocado and rice to the tortilla.

Add the chile relleno in pieces.

Roll up in burrito and serve.
Chile Relleno in Tomato Sauce
Notes
Ingredients
- Monarca Chile Relleno
For the sauce
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
Instructions
For the sauce

Add to the blender 3 chopped tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 piece of onion, 1 cup of water and blend.

Preheat a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil and then pour the sauce.

Add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.

Once it is boiling, add the chile relleno.
Notes
You can serve it with saffron rice as a side dish.
